❓ FAQ & SUPPORT

🚀 GETTING STARTED

How do I start mining on TNZX Pool?+
1. Get a Monero wallet (we recommend Feather Wallet or the official GUI)

2. Download TNZX Miner or XMRig from our Get Started page

3. Configure your miner with:
stratum+tcp://pool.tnzxpool.com:3333

4. Use your XMR wallet address as the username

5. Start mining!
Which port should I use?+
Port 3333 - Low difficulty (10,000) - Best for CPUs and beginners

Port 5555 - Medium difficulty (50,000) - For mid-range hardware

Port 7777 - High difficulty (100,000) - For mining rigs and high-end GPUs
What is the pool fee?+
Our pool fee is 1% - competitive and fair for all miners.

We use the PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) payment system, which rewards loyal miners.

💰 PAYMENTS

What is the minimum payout?+
The minimum payout is 0.1 XMR.

Payouts are processed automatically every few hours once you reach the threshold.
How long until I receive payment?+
Once your balance reaches 0.1 XMR, payment is processed automatically.

Monero transactions require 10 confirmations before being spendable (about 20 minutes).

🔐 PRIVACY & SECURITY

What is Stego V3?+
Stego V3 is our proprietary steganography technology that hides encrypted messages within normal mining traffic.

This allows for truly private communication—your messages are invisible to network observers.
Do you log my IP address?+
We minimize logging and do not store IP addresses longer than necessary for pool operation.

For maximum privacy, we recommend connecting through Tor or a VPN.
Is the TNZX Messenger secure?+
Yes! All messages are end-to-end encrypted using ChaCha20-Poly1305.

Messages are hidden within mining shares using steganography—they're invisible to anyone monitoring the network.

🛠️ TROUBLESHOOTING

My miner shows "connection refused"+
Check that you're using the correct pool address:
pool.tnzxpool.com:3333

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking outgoing connections on ports 3333, 5555, or 7777.
My hashrate seems low+
Monero's RandomX algorithm is CPU-intensive. Expected hashrates:

• Modern desktop CPU: 2,000 - 10,000 H/s
• Laptop CPU: 500 - 2,000 H/s
• Server CPU: 10,000 - 50,000 H/s

GPUs are generally less efficient for RandomX mining.
